Never before have three highly influential and acclaimed producers/deejays of this caliber shared the stage at Decibel Festival. You can expect nothing less that world-class turntablism, bass mechanics and expert selection from this remarkable line-up.

Described by NME as the "the Jimi Hendrix or Jimmy Page of the sampler", DJ Shadow's monumental release 'Entroducing…' went on to become one of the most influential albums of the past two decades. Through constant innovation and highly technical sampling techniques, Shadow effectively reinvented instrumental hip hop, triggering a subculture that continues today through producers like Flying Lotus and Danger Mouse. Over the years Shadow has continued to produce and collaborate on a staggering number of releases, including four full-length albums, dozens of EPs, two widely acclaimed U.N.K.L.E. albums, two soundtracks, dozens of deejay recordings and over 100 production credits from hip hop, pop, electronic and R&B artists from around the globe. For this performance Shadow will be debuting his "All Basses Covered" deejay set, sure to once again solidify his place as one of the most innovative and prolific producers and deejays in history. Much like DJ Shadow, Bonobo emerged in the early 90's producing sample based, instrumental hip hop/downtempo, layered with global influences. Bonobo's career has continued to flourish over the past 20 years through highly-acclaimed albums like 'Black Sands' which went on to become one of the best reviewed albums of 2010. A mainstay on the West Coast Festival circuit, Bonobo has become one of the most beloved deejays/performers at festival like Sasquatch, Lighting in a Bottle, What the Festival, Symbiosis, Coachella and Decibel where he delivered a ruckus set of funk, house and breaks that ignited the dance-floor. Through expert drum programming, meticulous sound design and highly entertaining performances, EPROM has taken instrumental hip hop to new and exhilarating heights. Never one to shy away from mainstream urban influences and over-the-top sonic acrobatics, EPROM offers a fresh perspective on West Coast hip hop, sliced and diced for a new generation of festival goers eager to embrace the bass.
